The flat is located in the residential Aguamar in Isla Canela. It is a very quiet residential with only 20 flats.
Our flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the following layout: Private entrance hall with grass carpet, main floor (access by stairs) with kitchen, dining room, living room with flat screen TV, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower.
From this floor we have access to the communal areas of the residential complex, which has a lawn area, children's pool and swimming pool for adults. Finally, without leaving this first floor, we have a terrace with capacity for approximately 6-8 people overlooking the pool.
Crossing the terrace in the direction of the hall we have the stairs to the upper floor (adjacent to the terrace). The upper floor has a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom as well as air conditioning/heating and a solarium terrace overlooking the pool.
The accommodation also has a parking space located in an underground garage within the same residential complex.
The residential Aguamar is located about 300 metres from the beach, which is within walking distance. There are bars and beach bars less than 500 metres away and in the summer season there is a supermarket less than 200 metres away.
